ViVo X60 Pro with Zeiss Lens

Updated: Jul 2, 2021

The new vivo X60 Pro offers great video and photo capabilities Vivo recently launched its X60 series, which are the vivo X60 and the vivo X60 Pro and the vivo X60 Pro+.The company says it built an upgraded2.0 gimbal camera system into the vivo X60 Pro.

At first glance, the vivo X60 Pro doesn't change much in terms of design. The phone has an aluminium frame that doesn't make it bulky or heavy, but it feels slightly plasticky to the touch. The back is covered with AG glass, an anti-reflective surface. It has a nice matte finish that is smooth to the touch and gives the phone a nice premium feel.

Impressive camera and sleek design

Design

The X60 Pro is absolutely attractive. My "ShimmerBlue" model is of course an eye-catcher, as it reflects a whole spectrum of colours depending on the incidence of light, but if you prefer something more subtle, the phone is also available in black.

The phone frosted glass finish also keep fingers at bay and also protects the phone from damages.

The phone is thinner and lighter than the X50 with dimensions of 156.8 x73.3 x 7.2 mm and weighing 178g.

Battery and Audio

Vivo has reduced the battery size of this year's X60 Pro to 4200 mAh. However it's enough to charge the battery up to 62% in half an hour, faster than what you get mostly from other brands such as Samsung for that price point. Apart from that, on a single charge X60 Pro could last two days with light usage.

Display

Key display specifications:

  • Super AMOLED screen

  • Size: 6.56 inches (~89% screen-to-body ratio)

  • Dimensions: 158.6 x 73.4 x 9.1 mm (6.24 x 2.89 x 0.36 inches)

  • Resolution: 1080 x 2376 pixels

The screen colours are deep and rich, and the contrast looks great. The screen has a full HD+ resolution and also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which ideal those who binge on games, Nexflix or YouTube.
